Fit Club is group training designed to be your single solution to developing a healthy, flexible, strong cardiovascularly fit and athletic body no matter fitness level. Fit Club workouts vary from intense interval training to recovery workouts.  We are not only here to give you a great workout, but when you leave we want you feeling better than when you showed up.  Our trainers don’t just put a workout up on a board and leave it up to you to figure it out.  Instead we take the time to make sure you are doing it right and progressing.  Even in a group setting we make sure there is attention given to each individual to ensure you get the best training possible.

HIIT style of training is a proven method to see great results for weight loss and muscle tone. It is 60 minutes of intense cardio and strength training. This is how you supercharge your metabolism and see fast results. The class is also designed to be self-paced, so it will be beneficial for all fitness levels.
